水の都、Venice。空気が、色が、光が、音が、水と重なり合う街。

The City on Water, Venice. The city where air, color, light, sound and water overlap.

Veniceのあちこちで見かけるライオン。街の象徴だとか。

A lion seen here and there in Venice. They say it's a symbol of Venice.

街での移動は、ゴンドラか、タクシー（といってもボートです）。

Transportation in the city is either on gondola or by taxi (or rather, boat).

Veniceの、日中は青空と建物がとても優雅に尊重し合い、誇り高さを奏でる。太陽が水面で泳ぎ始めると、世界で一番ロマンティックな街になる。愛の囁きが水と一緒に流れていきます。

During the day in Venice, the buildings and the blue sky play a tune of great respect for one another. Once the sun starts to swim on the surface of the water, it bec omes the most romantic city in the world. Whispers of love flow on with the water.

ローズガーデン。私もいつかこういうローズガーデンをもちたいな。ちゃんと目に焼き付けて！

A rose garden. I want to have a rose garden like this someday. Imprint it in my eyes!

今回もいっぱい食べました。やはり、美味しーい！！！タコをイカスミソースで煮込んだもの。ポレンタも最高です。これは、はっきり言って最優秀賞！

I ate a lot. But it is so good!!! Octopus boiled in squid ink sauce. The Polenta pound cake is am azing, too. This one, quite frankly, takes best award!

パスタ、パスタ、パスタ！それまでノーグルテン、ノーウィートフラワー・ダイエットをしていたのですが、ここまできてパスタを食べない訳にはいきません。まるで日本にきてお寿司を食べないのと同じ事…。ここは、思いっきり楽しみながら頂きました！！！美味い！

Pasta, pasta, pasta! I was on a no gluten, no wheat flower diet, but I couldn't come here without eating the pasta. It's like coming to Japan and not eating sushi... I thoroughly enjoyed this!!! It was yummy!

デザートのチャンピオンは、パナコッタ。これも、ビックリするくらい美味しかったです。プルプルと心地よい食感で、カラメライズしたアーモンドとむちゃくちゃ合う。今まで食べたパナコッタの中で、一番美味しかった、忘れられないデザートです。

Panna cotta: the desert of champions. It too was surprisingly delicious. With a soft and great texture, it goes great with caramelized almonds. This desert is the best of all of the panna cotta I've eaten yet.
